How to Create a Ticket
Step 1: Log in to Your AGM Portal Account
- Click on the AGM Portal button on the top-right corner of the website.
- Enter your credentials to log in.
- Navigate to the AGM Support section.
- Note: Non-members can directly proceed to the guest forms.
Step 2: Select Your Ticket Type
- Choose the appropriate ticket form:
- General Support (Members only)
- Guest Inquiries
- Quotations (for both members and non-members)
- Wholesale Requests
- Finance Requests
Step 3: Fill Out the Form
Enter the required details (fields vary based on the selected form):
- Full Name
- Member ID (if applicable)
- Email Address
- Phone Number
- Detailed Description of Your Query/Request
Attach any relevant documents or images (optional but recommended for faster resolution).
Step 4: Submit and Track Your Ticket
- Click the Submit button to send your ticket.
- Members can track their ticket status in their account dashboard under the Support Tickets section.
Response Times
- Members: Priority responses within 24-48 hours.
- Non-Members: 72 hours for quotations and general queries.
- Finance and Wholesale: Processing times may vary based on the complexity of the request.
